I would just like to say a big thank you for the efforts of my three chosen charities - Macmillan, SANDS and PHABKids as without their efforts of constant encouragement through emails, phone calls and general organisation then none of what we are trying to acheive would be possible.
These organisations and the many like them survive only by your generosity, so please donate as much as you can manage as every little bit helps.
Each charity has its own donation page, so you can choose to either donate to one or all three charities, we would prefer if everyone made their donations across all three charities, but if you have one that is close to your heart then by all means just choose one.
